What if the tenant stops paying?

How often do you conduct routine inspections on my property?

We conduct routine inspections every 3 months, we provide our landlords with a comprehensive report which can also be viewed accessing your very own online portal. Reports are sent within a day of the inspection being performed if not that afternoon! We conduct routines every 3 months to make sure your property is covered in the event of an insurance claim and to make sure there is no maintenance that needs addressing, there are many occasions where maintenance is spotted by your property manager that a tenant has not even been aware of.

How do you prove any damages and the end of tenancy?

Prior to your tenants moving in we take countless photos and write out a very thorough report of how every single nook and cranny was before they moved in making the end of tenancy inspection very straightforward in the event of any damages. Knowing your manager has your property covered from day one is critical and will give you peace of mind throughout the tenancy.
